What is CasaCuba?
CasaCuba is an initiative of Florida International University (FIU) in Miami, FL to build a first-of-its-kind, 43,000-square-foot iconic facility for the study of Cuba and the celebration and preservation of the Cuban heritage.
CasaCuba will host dynamic public programming and events and house the world's most prominent think tank on Cuban affairs, bringing together top scholars, policymakers, and business leaders from around the globe. Programming will include classes, public lectures, performances, seminars, art exhibits, and more. A broad array of cultural events will be showcased, along with discussions and analyses of relevant and timely topics related to Cuba.
As a state-of-the-art venue, CasaCuba will leverage the latest technology, fostering worldwide connectivity and bringing the Cuban experience to life like never before.
What is the long-term vision of CasaCuba?
The vision of CasaCuba is to be the consequential home for the preservation of Cuban culture and a catalyst for an empowered tomorrow.
